I grew some mint in a pot this summer, so have been looking for martini recipes to use it in. This is really good. I reduced the amount of simple syrup just a tad because I don't like really sweet cocktails, and it was delish. You could also substitute rum for the vodka and add a little lime juice and you would have a mojito martini. I would also consider serving this over ice and adding some club soda on a hot summer evening. Very refreshing! I will be making a pitcher ofthese the next time I have a BBQ!

Minty fresh with a serious kick! To lighten it up, we added some club soda and served over ice.
