I was so anxious to make this recipe that I made a special trip to the store to get the ingredients. I wish I hadn't have. It was way too messy and the end product didn't justify the mess! I expected it to taste much better than it does. No one liked it so in the trash it went. Think seriously before you buy the things to make it. It really isn't very good (at all.....the idea of it is much better than the finished product. :-(

This was fairly easy to make and looked very pretty. Even the flavor was not bad but the chewy popcorn was TERRIBLE!! My family tasted it and then it went in the garbage.

I had high hopes for this recipe, but I had no idea how wonderful it really was. My daughter's class had a popcorn party for Thanksgiving and we were encouraged to find recipes to make containing popcorn and I found this one. The parents and kids couldn't stay away from it. I did change it up a little bit because the teacher was allergic to nuts, so instead, I used plain M&M's, white chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips and oh man it was incredible. Much better than Rice Crispy Treats, and I love them.

What a great, fun recipe. Has become a family Christmas tradition. Both kids and adults love it. Entered it in the County Fair and won First Place. Cuts very easy with a serrated blade knife. Thank you Miss Hilda and Emeril for sharing it.
