The results of my attempt was a tasty, but thick and too sweet vinaigrette. I think the success of this recipe may depend on how sweet (ripe the figs are - mine were very ripe resulting in a cloying sweet vinaigrette. I would suggest tasting the figs and reducing/adding honey to taste.

I'm really just reviewing the Fig Vinaigrette which I and my guests LOVED. They all said it was better than what they get in salad bars etc...
Due to my dietary needs I switched the honey for agave syrup and used grapeseed instead of canola.
It was fab and I'm making it again today!
