Awesome summer / spring drink - get ready to rumba!! It makes it so much easier if you have a juicer for the limes. Nothing beats fresh lime juice.

This is the perfect summer drink...so refreshing. I used top shelf 10 Cane Rum by Dom Perigone. I also chopped up the mint with the sugar before adding. Thanks Emerile!
