This dessert is amazing, and really simple. I made it in two mini loaf pans, and it came out great, just like a resturant dessert.

I made this a few days ago for Valentine's and was so surprised how easy and good this was!

Easy enough for a baking novice, but taste like it was made by an expert pastry chef. Taste the best right out of the oven, but I even enjoyed it cold the next day.

I couldn't believe how quickly this came together and how amazing the results were. The hardest thing about this recipe was grasping the small ramekins and flipping them over without getting burned or messing up the look of the finished product.

I had to read the recipe through once or twice because it seemed to easy, but this cake was WONDERFUL! My husband thought it was a little rich, I thought it was chocolate bliss!
We used strawberries instead and it worked too.
WONDERFUL and served warm is best. Cold it a great nibble too.

This is the first Emeril recipe I have ever tried and it is absolutely awesome. My husband is not big on dessert but he raved about this cake. Thanks Emeril

I made this recipe for an early Valentine's dinner for my family. Heavenly, scrumptuous and amazing were some of the adjectives used to describe the results. As for ease of preparation, it is was not difficult at all really. It just pays to premeasure all of your ingredients and then you are ready to go............

This was an easy recipe to make and made a great St. Valentine's day treat for my wife. I switched out the nut flavored liquer for almond extract and I thought it tasted just as good. Plus the almond extract is easier to find. On the show Emeril put a dark chocolate into each serving before baking but that did not make it into the recipe. I tried it this time with Dove dark chocolates and it turned out good.

Okay, I have to admit that I am not a fan of Emeril... However, I saw this recipes and read the reviews and just had to make it!
I just finished making this for my sweetie for Valentine's day... And since it will be just the two of us later--and there were four cakes--of course I had to try it (just to make sure it was alright, of course. WOW! This is delicious. The middle is warm and gooey with a perfectly crisp outside... This recipe was fun and so, so simple, but with delicious gourmet results!

This recipe is easy and delicious. I've made it twice this week. Try adding more cream and the cake comes out even more gooey.
