My family of 3 ate the whole thing at one sitting. Didn't have veal stock, so I used beef instead. Also used ground turkey to lighten things up a bit. Absolutely delish and will definitely go into our weekly rotation.

Next time I will use less onions, they seamed to over take the flavor. But it was very good!

this stuff is awesome. hats off to emeril's mom. i didn't have veal stock so i used beef stock...it made a great meat loaf. real stick-to-the-rib-no-nonsense-truck-stop meatloaf.

where does one find veal stock? I dont think anyone actually uses these recipies for this rating stuff. ed debevics meatloaf recipie is on this network. have you seen it? it's for 50 people. 24 eggs 5 pounds of butter....still it had a rating...by whom? who actually made this? all of emeril's have 5 stars. allof them..joke you guys are full of it with this rating system and you know it...by the way so does everyone else with half a brain

So delicious absolutely wonderful!! was skeptical at first about trying it but it was simple and so yummy!! It'll definitely be a new family favorite it was better than my mothers!!!! Loved it!!!

This turned out great! I couldn't find veal stock, so I used beef stock and it was excellent-- best meatloaf I've ever had :
