    I NEED TO USE UP SOME FRESH PORK. WENT ON THE EMERIL SITE AND FOUND THIS, MOM'S MEATLOAF. I SERVED IT AT OUR PRE OSCAR'S GATHERING. IT WAS A HUGE HIT. IT WILL BE A REGULAR AT OUR HOUSE!!! MADE A GREAT GRILLED SANDWICH W/ TOMATO THE NEXT DAY! ENJOY

    This meatloaf was to die for. My husband complained that I never make meatloaf. Well, I am not excited about my usual meatloaf so I looked for something online and here it is. Simple to prepare, I had all the ingredients except cream and ground pork. Nothing out of the ordinary or difficult to find. It was moist and the pan gravy was very simple to make. I served it with boiled, buttered potatoes and steamed green beans with pepper bacon. Mmmmmmmmm.

    This recipe was a smash hit with my family and I... and I don't even like meatloaf! But thanks to this recipe, meatloaf is a new favorite.

    This recipe was excellent. My boys who can be very picky loved it. I didn't even mince the onions; I just cut them up little and they loved it. I will use this recipe over and over.

    This was OK, but lacked the flavor I was expecting. A little too much onion overpowered the dish.

    This meatloaf is awesome and easy. I added essence like others suggested. I think the broth adds a lot to it. I didn't make the gravy I used the standard ketchep, mustard, brown sugar topping and baked for 20 minutes.
