    This has so much flavor and is moist. I doubled it the second time I made it because the family all want meatloaf sandwiches the next day. Good one Emeril!

    Emeril does it again. Wonderful flavors in the meatloaf..added some essence and it added some zing. Used chili sauce on top instead of the stock and was wonderful! BAMMMMM!

    It contains simple ingredients and is super easy to make. Extremely moist and has an abundance of flavor. Definately a crowd pleaser.

    This is an easy recipe that can be easily adjusted to feed more people than it was originally meant to feed. You can also play with the ingredients to achieve many different flavors and textures.
