    This was a big hit! everyone loved it! I didn't wipe off the extra spice though and let it get a bit charred. It was moist and delish!

    For a smaller roast, cook for 1 hour. Can also roast in the oven.

    I TRIED THIS RECIPE 5 TIMES NOW ON LAMB CHOPS, LEG OF LAMB, RACK OF RIBS.... PERFECT! VERY EASY AND SO MUCH FLAVOR WITH ALL THOSE SPICES. I USE LITTLE LESS CINNAMON, REMINDS ME OF COOKIES. ON CHOPS AND RIBS MARINATE FOR COUPLE OF HOURS, NO NEED TO OVERNIGHT. EMERIL YOU ROCK!!!
