This is a great recipe for stuffed peppers. It's super easy to prepare and everyone will love it. Most of the ingredients you probably have in your fridge or pantry. Great dish to make anytime.

This was FANTASTIC, however, I changed it up. Instead of beef, I used the insides of 3 hot Italian turkey sausages. I also used tomato sauce in the baking dish instead of water, but spiced it up with a few seasonings. With the italian sausage and all the other seasonings, this dish was loaded with flavor, yet lean because it was turkey sausage. Try it- it's not a lot of extra work, and the outcome will knock your socks off!

My husband hates stuffed bell peppers, so I made a few minor changes and he gobbled them up. I did red peppers instead of green and added tomato sauce with a little seasoning to the bottom of the pan and in the rice mixture. This will be a home favorite.

My husband and I enjoyed this dish. The best part is it wasn't a lot of work or a lot of cleanup.
