I have always loved stuffed bell peppers but I have been looking for just the right recipe. This is it! I love the fact that the meat and rice are cooked prior to putting them in the peppers. When the peppers are done every element of the recipe is done to perfection.

i have been looking for the recipe for stuffed bell peppers that my grandma used to make and can't find it! when she passed away she wanted all of the family to divide her recipes among us and i think it got lost in the process, i think someone may have it and doesn't want to give it up. i came across this one and it so similar to hers except she didn't use pork. i'm going to try it and see how it turns out!! thanks a bunch!!

This recipe is a keeper! I followed it exactly, except that I added 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese to the filling, then topped the peppers with more cheese.
My family loved it--even the children, who usually shy away from bell peppers!

I really enjoyed using this recipe. I love stuffed bell peppers and this recipe made it so much easier. I must say that this is one of the best recipes as far as taste and preparation ease I have ever made.

I made these with brown rice instead of white. They turned out very nicely. I used both green and red bell peppers to make the platter more colorful.

I have tried many stuffed bell peppers recipes in the past that was just okay in taste or bland. But Emeril's recipe is the best by far! My husband and kids devour it! This is a keeper in my home...

I tried this recipe a couple of weeks ago. The instructions were easy to follow but I will say the dish being good will be dependent on the cook.
