I have been using this recipe for about 10 years. I love it. I use half the sugar because I use 4 cans of peaches. I drain two cans and add the juice of 2 cans. I make extra dough to dot the peaches with, but I do everything else the same. Love, love, love this recipe!

Very good cobbler, especially when it's warm. You don't even need the vanilla ice-cream, it's great by itself. My family ate it in one day! Thanks Emeril.

The flavor of this cobbler is really nice, how can you go wrong with peaches, lots or sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg? However, i gave it two stars because this is more like a pie, with lots of yummy syrupy juice, than a traditional cobbler. The crust is a traditional pie crust, and so i was disappointed, i thought it would be something more cobbler-like.

Great recipe. I did, however, only use half the amount of sugar called for (4 cups is WAY too muchand it still tasted wonderful. I may even use less sugar next time. Quite a bit of work, but worth it in the end. Thanks Emeril!

This dish was all that I expected and then some. Only one problem-the wrong recipe measurements! You don't nearly have enough dough to fill a large rectangular dish. Either prepare to downsize to a smaller, square version or double the recipe for the dough.

Best cobbler recipe I have EVER tried. Not for an inexperienced baker, but not incredibly difficult either.
