instead of making my own bread I used a loaf of sourdough I got at our farmers market and that made this extremely easy and wonderfully tasty.

I had to make this bread three times before I got it right. An hour in the oven makes a sourdough brick. The recipe is ok and the starter is fine. Just start checking your bread for doneness at twenty minutes.

Instead of the homemade sourdough I used pre-made ciabatta. This was so good,especially 2 days later! I gave some away to family members and they all loved it!

I've made it for friends and co-workers and they just loved it. They all wanted the recipe problem is they want me to make the sourdough! I loved it as well. Definitely not your average boring sandwich.
