    This dish is a wonderful side dish. The recipe makes a lot so I just ate left overs fro breakfast.

    I thought that the texture was divine but I didn't love the flavors of this. It gave off a scent reminiscient of my high school cafeteria and tasted similar, too. And after all the high-end ingredients, too. I was sorely disappointed.

    I made this recipe with baby portabellas as a side dish for grilled steak. The risotto was BETTER than the steak!!!!! What a wonderful flavor!!!! This is a keeper recipe for me!!!!

    First time I made risotto and I guess I picked the recipe. Make your own stock if you have the time. the flavors are wonderful!

    Time and labor intensive, expensive ingredients, and a fair amount of prep, but so delicious. I made as a main dish with a baby greens salad and some homemade italian bread and it doesnt get any better. Will definately half it next time though, it makes a TON!

    It was the first time I made risotto, and this recipe was absolutely delicious. It was so creamy and comforting! I would definitely make this again - for company or otherwise. It was pretty easy to do too!

    This is so good, and pretty easy to make. This isnt as complex as some risottos that i have made but it doesn't sacrifice any favor. Recommended
