Tried this out on mustard greens from my garden, very easy to grow by the way. The bacon flavor was a bit overpowering but was quite good otherwise. The next time around I will probably remove the bacon after frying and just use the grease.

I made this for St. Patricks day and it was a hit with everyone, I did add some red pepper flakes for a bit of bite

This simple recipe makes the best greens. I always had to have my vinegar for eating greens, but no more. I couldn't find mustard greens so I substituted kale. Delicious!!!
