This was a great dessert and EVERYONE was impressed. A little time to put it all together but you could do the crust and chocolate coating a day or so ahead of time. The mousse was great and would be wonderful on its own!! A keeper.

This is one of the most delicious desserts I have ever had. All the components taste great alone, and even better when put together. It's not really that difficult-every step is pretty basic if you know how to cook at all. It's just a little time consuming, but considering how sublime this pie is, it's definitely worth it.

I made this pie for my family's Christmas dinner, and they couldn't get enough of it. It was fairly easy to make, and all of the layers together taste amazing. It will definately be a must for every Christmas from now on. Thanks Emeril!!!

I thought each component of this dessert was delicious but all put together it was a little too sweet for me. I probably should have guessed from the title/description but this dessert was just too rich. I'd make the pudding or the mousse separately--both are wonderful.

Although there is a certain degree of difficulty (time consumption to this recipe, I have received rave reviews from friends and family members for this dessert....and now I get asked to make it all the time! Helpful time hint: make graham cracker crustw/ ganache and butterscotch pudding a ahead of time (1 day, that way there is so much to do once you make the other layers and finally put it all together. ENJOY!!
