    I love the recipe for the dressing, and have made the home-made croutons. I add a little cayenne pepper to the croutons just to spice it up every once in a while. Perfect summer salad!

    I did not make the homemade bread to top it off, and I think that would make this even better.I did add fresh ground pepper and broiled chicken breast, to make it a complete meal...GREAT! .

    Delicious. Great with taco soup for a cold weather or game day meal. It's simple and to the point. Once the baby bam is made, it keeps well. Accordingly, this salad quicker to make the next few times.
