Ingredients
- 6 (1 1/2 pound) lobsters
- 1/2 pound drawn butter
- 12 red bliss potatoes, boiled until tender
- 6 ears sweet corn, shucked, silk removed, and boiled for 4 minutes
Directions
In a large lobster pot, cook lobsters in boiling salted water about 11 to 12 minutes. Remove and serve immediately with drawn butter, boiled potatoes and corn on the cob.

This is the way to serve a lobster. It's the way I crave lobster, the way I make lobster and the way it should be done. And by the way, this is not the time in your life to skimp on the butter. Diet clean for the rest of the week, but feast on this magnificent meal. Oh and get yourself a watermelon for dessert.

This is the quintessential New England lobster dinner. You can try and "tart" it up but the basic is the best!
