I made this one for the family after going to a new local bakery and was appaulled at the cheesecake they were selling. It has been a while since I made one and couldn't believe how good this one came out. I am making it for Easter and I am sure it will be a hit. Hat's off this was deliscious.....

This is very easy to put together and well worth the effort. I have been making it for the last 3 years for holidays/special occasions and every last piece is always gone. It has now become a very requested cake. It is a great cheesecake and the strawberry sauce is very easy and tasty.

I've been making cheesecakes for extra money on the side, and this one was absolutely raved over! I made it twice, to make sure it wasn't just a bunch of guys happy to have a woman baking for them, and my girlfriend was singing it's praises for over a week.

This is a great cake. Being in a small town in the middle of the country it is hard to get a decent piece of cheesecake. This satisfies myself and my family and friends with our cravings. Thanx for the great product.

This is one of the best cheesecake recipes ever for a straightforward, no-extra-flavors-added cheesecake. I modified the recipe by NOT including any citrus zest. We like it better that way.

Made this cheesecake yesterday and followed it to the letter. it's not complicated, but I wouldn't say it's the best cheesecake I have tried/made. It did crack in the middle while cooling and the baking time and temperature are off. after an hour at 200 degrees (and 12 minutes at 500 it was not ready, so had to turn the oven up to 300 and it took another half an hour. the taste is OK, but I've made better ones.

This was my first cheesecake ever made at home. Although the oven temperature almost burnt my cake it was an outstanding success among my very skeptical friends and family. Tank you Emeril!!!

This was to be my first ever homemade cheesecake( and if it didn't come out right it was to my last. This cheesecake came out splendid!! I didn't make the blueberry or any other sauce, but really the cheesecake was so good it didn't need anything else. I did start the temp. a little lower but, everything else step for step was right on point. Needless to say, I will be making this again. thx Emeril
