This is a really easy recipe that turns out nicely. For coffee ice cream, I skipped the fruit and added a few packets of Starbucks instant coffee. They dissolved really easily. Tasty!

I have been experimenting with multiple ice cream recipes and wanted a quick and easy recipe I could throw together and make in my new ice cream machine. This recipe worked wonderfully and I am thrilled to have found it. I needed a "no cook" recipe I could put together and have ready on short notice and this came out great. I think this will have great flexibility with flavors as well. I can't wait to try it again and start playing with flavors.
