    I tried this recipe for Thanksgiving and we really loved it. If you are not a garlic fan you should lessen the garlic.

    There's nothing better than a great side of good ole' mashed potatoes. The only addition I made is some fresh parsley for color.

    I wanted to do red mashers for the Holiday, so when I found this recipe, I thought it sounded perfect! However, to my dismay, it turned out terrible. For my family & I, there was TOO MUCH garlic, if there is such a thing. Trashed all the leftovers on this one. What a disappointment!

    The family loved the potatoes. I liked that garlic flavor. I used a little bit of the heavy cream and part non-fat milk for fewer calories. Very Yummy and Creamy!
