After reading the reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I was not disappointed! Tasted great and it had terrific flavor! I highly recommend this recipe. I only marinated this for 2 hours, so I can't imagine the amount the flavor it would have had if I did the full 6 hours. A recipe keeper!

Excellent results! Fairly easy to prepare, just a bit of clean up after cutting the chicken. Very simple to grill. I placed the chicken under the hot bricks, set the timer for 20 minutes, and walked away. I did turn off the center burner on my gas grill for approximately half of the cooking time.

The lemon and herbs made this the perfect grilled chicken. I stuffed the meat with about six large sage leaves for good measure. I?m a lover of ?Beer can? and BBQ chicken, but from now on my guests will be getting this recipe when visiting. I would have given this six stars had they had allowed me.
