    Made this for the second time and the carrots just disappeared. They seem to take a bit longer to cook on my stove than on Emeril's, but they are fantastic.

    I made these carrots for a dinner party with my friends. I could have made twice the amount of carrots that I did because everyone came back for more. Great with ham!

    Teriffic,I'll never just cook them plain again. This is absolutely the
    greatest.
    Thanks Emeril,you've out done yourself once again.
    Now even I'll eat my carrots,and I never ate them before because they were just two plain.

    This was really good, not overly sweet. I liked it cooked at 15 minutes, so the carrots had a little bite to them.

    When using fresh, the carrots take longer to cook than the glaze allows for.
