Wow, found a new cheese cake that is wonderful. Covered whole pan including top with foil and no browning.

Although the list of ingredients seem daunting and time consuming, the result is definitely worth it! It make one of the most delicious and thick cheesecakes we have ever had! The zests, vanilla bean and bourbon add wonderful flavor. My family asks for this time and time again.
