    I was on the look for a good recipe for Root Beer Ice Cream. This looked like a good one. I traded the vanilla for a tablespoon of root beer extract....It came out wonderful!!! Worked great in my ice creammaker.

    this recipe was so awesome! i love how you dont have to heat it up or anything its so SIMPLE. it was a little bit fluffy i must admit but otherwise we loved it!!!

    I thought it was a bit icy. Maybe I should have used egg yolks as Emeril uses in the coffee ice cream on the same episods to make it smoother. Overall, the flavor is pretty good though.
