I imagine it would be quite delicious and appealing. I think. Someone should put up a comment that has tasted it, because it looks like it would be good.

Served this to our water skiing friends after a day on the lake. I marinated it the night before and time roasted in the oven. It was ready when we got home. Lam-i-licious. My husband only raved about it and my friends said it was a meal to remember. Paired it with the Herbes de Provence Potatos.

It was so easy following Emeril's recipe. My lamb was the rave of the evening. It was so moist and favorable. Thank you for the Easter dinner suggestion.

I had never done a leg of lamb before, just racks and chops. I made this one for Easter. Everyone just loved it. The flavors from the stuffing went perfectly with the lamb. Thank you Emeril!

Great recipe. It was not hard to prepare and the stuffing and marinade and basting sauce made this lamb delicious.

Yes, I roasted a lamb for Easter for guests complete with homemade gravy. Very tender. Excellent directions on recipe. Did not attempt the stuffing, however. I'd be more confident if I could watch him pull that together before I tried that one.

I have been using Julia Child's recipe for lamb for years as a no fault dish. I am new to using Emeril's recipes and I have to say that this was one of the best recipes for lamb so far. I marinated it overnight and I found the lamb to be very tender, juicy and tasty. The family gave it a thumbs up for Easter dinner. This recipe will be used as much as I have used Julia's.
