    I quadrupled the recipe to serve six as a first course. I added a bit more vanilla oil after I tossed greens, red onion, and s/p with vinaigrette. Served with Calif Sauvignon Blanc. Excellent. Everyone complimented salad and asked about the vanilla oil. Will definitely make again! Thanks Emeril!
