Everyone loves this, especially my 11 year old son. I recently made him a deli turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch and spread this on as an after thought. He loved it and requests it all the time! I also spread it on toast for him in the morning! I am going to have to stock up on cranberries next year! Thanks Emeril, once again, you killed it!

I am from southern Massachusetts originally, home of the Cranberry, the Pilgims, and THANKSGIVING!!! This recipe was so easy, so delicious. I cannot wait for dinner tomorrow.

Don't zest both oranges! If you feel compelled to do so because the recipe calls for it, add a little bit at a time. Also, it is a bit too sweet and tart for me...keep lemon juice on hand to balance the taste.
The Neely's seem to have a better foundation recipe for cranberry sauce with a kick of orange.

I made as a contribution for my family's thanksgiving dinner this year, and it was a huge hit. I doubled the recipe, which made so much that I wound up throwing a lot of it away. The sweetness is a little bit tricky, because it seems so tart when hot. After it cools, it will be slightly sweeter. But I increased the sugar anyway, because I still found it to be a bit too sour for my taste. In all, very nice.

I tried this recipe because I have family coming for Thanksgiving for the first time in years. I found it to be easy to follow and super tasty. I have always loved cranberry sauce with my Thanksgiving dinner, but this takes it to a new level. Only thing I suggest is watch the sugar level...While it may be a little tart when you first taste it, the sugar comes out more as it cools!
