These were absolutely delish! I found the recipe as a nice treat for our Mardi Gras party. I ended up making them for breakfast. I was really hoping the $25 I spent on a tiny bottle of Grand Marnier that the sauce called for was not going to be a wasted $25. It definitely wasn't. The filling was light and fluffy. The orange sauce was just perfect...sweet enough but not overpowering. For breakfast you can use either crepes or a light pancake and fold it over. I will definitely keep this on the family menu for future breakfasts and parties!

Wow! My husband just made me these glorious Crepes for a special birthday breakfast. They are truly outstanding and remind me of my favorite Crepes I have had in Paris! Perfect for company or a lucky spouse!

I made this recipe for dessert last night and it was fantastic. I made the crepes ahead of time and just put them on layered parchment paper. The orange flavor was great and the filling was very light and not too sweet. It was the first time that I ever made crepes and the first one was a little bit of a mess, but after that they turned out great. I will definetly make this one again. I can imagine doing different fillings for this recipe. Thank you Emeril.

These were such great crepes to make! They were quick and easy. I only made the crepes and filled with Nutella and bananas, I will try the orange filling next time. Best recipe I have tried.

I have made crepes in the past, and I must say this recipe that Emeril has is the best, it uses less eggs and is very easy to make. I made a total of 35 plus crepes with this recipe that were made in a 6 inch non stick frying pan. I added a little more orange juice than what the recipe called for because I like the stronger taste of the orange. I made these for Breakfast during our stay in Lake Arrowhead. Non were left.

These crepes were awesomly good and rich! My friends now want me to make them all the time. I feel like a great true chef making these.
