Orange Emeril

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Orange slices, for garnish
Directions

Combine all the ingredients, except the orange slices, in a blender and process on high speed until smooth and frothy.

Pour into tall glasses, garnish each with an orange slice, and serve immediately.
