    These pudding cakes were absolutely delicious! The recipe was very easy to follow and the end result was flawless. I prepared the yolk mixture ahead of time and then beat and folded in the egg whites right after dinner. Definitely a crowd pleaser!

    Lovely for company.. very tasty and elegant! I ran it through the weight watchers points and it is only 3 points per serving.. very WW friendly!!! My guests were impressed...

    This dessert was heavenly. It was not to heavy or to sweet. I going to have a dinner party and will be serving this for dessert.
