This recipe was very easy to follow and it gave an excellent result. My only problem was it lacked a rum flavour. I live in Jamaica and I have an abundance of rum available, but the cake had NO rum flavour at all.
On my next go, Im going to tweek the recipe a bit and add the rum directly to the cake after, I have removed it from the oven.

I tweaked the recipe a little and only made one cake, leaving out the cream divider, but it was still amazing! The glaze was delicious and the orange/tangerine zest gave the cake such a great flavor to compliment the rum. Just incredible.
