This recipe calls for 1 LB of cooked new potatoes but they are not addressed in the directions??? What do you do with the potatoes...???

This recipe was DELICIOUS and suprisingly simple to make. I made this for a family dinner and they were certainly impressed! The flavor was AMAZING; we could not stop eating it! The recipe is great because the directions are VERY specific; its pretty much fool proof. I will undoubtedly make this again.
