This is an extremely easy dish that goes with just about anything! Great flavor for a normally bland vegetable.

WAY too crunchy for my taste. I prefer my roasted vegetables to have some "give" to them. This was nearly like eating raw cauliflower.

I absolutely loved this vegetable dish! I followed the recipe all the way but I used a half of a lemon instead of 2 tablespoons. I really like cooking with fresh Lemons. Thats why I picked this recipe. I made this with a small baked spiral cut ham and fresh cooked green beans with garlic! Yummo, everyone loved it. I will cook this again. Thanks Emeril.

This is a great recipe and so easy. I added some chopped carrots for a bit of sweetness and color. It turned out great. My dinner guests were very pleased and I didn't have a single leftover. Thanks!

Very easy to make as it cooked along with other oven items, & very tasty - my family doesn't usually care for cauliflower but all liked this version.
