It is easy and when its roasting the house smells so yummy. Kids don't even realize that its a "vegetable". Adults liked it too.

I just LOVED this recipe!!! Cauliflower never tasted so good..... The prep time is minamal and it goes in the oven.... how easy is that!

Made this as one of the sides for a garlic and herb rubbed pork loin and it was a perfect match. The acidity of the lemon added a lot of flavor as did the garlic marry well with the taste of the pork. Very easy to make and elegant to serve.

I was very happy with the end product of this recipe. I added a ltiiel black pepper and at the end I grated some fresh parmesan cheese. I roasted the cauliflower 5 minutes less than the recipe called for. Will make this again.
Grated gruyere would also work.
