    I have never cooked with cauliflower before and this was SOOOOOOOO easy!!! My husband thinks I am a great cook....but truly feels like this was the best dish I have EVER made! Even my 4 year old asked for seconds...everyone LOVED it!!!

    This is the first Emeril recipe that I have made, most of his look like they would take too long. It was very easy and I added more garlic (total 4 cloveslike someone suggested. It was perfect. I was going to make Rachaels cheesy cauliflower, but I saw this and it looked so good and easy.
