It was delicious - and so incredibly easy! I didn't have lemon, so used a lime. Ate the leftovers for lunch the next day zapped in the microwave just enough to take the chill off.

The taste was bland and too tart with the lemon juice. I was disappointed with this dish.

This is a great recipe! Easy and very flavorful. I used maybe an 2 T of olive oil instead of the 1/4 cup. It would probably be more moist with the full amount but I didn't want the extra fat calories. It was fine with less oil.

I absolutely loved this. Rating just from my tastebuds point of view I would give it 5 stars but my husband and daughter found it a bit to tart (what do they know!?. I did half a head of cauliflower I had left over and a small head of broccoli and it was just SO good.

We actually didn't make this exactly according to the recipe, because we all love garlic so much we had to add more, but it was very tasty the way we made it. I finally found a way to make my boyfriend eat cauliflower

I think I would prefer the cauliflower steamed.
