Easy recipe with very good, bold flavor - definitely not your typical bland cauliflower. The dish has some tartness due to the lemon juice and needs to be coupled with a main dish that can stand up well to a tart vegetable dish.

I was so excited about this recipe because of the great reviews but we didn't really eat it. It was edible but not great. I will not make it again.

I have really gotten into roasting fresh veggies lately - broccoli, green beans. brussel sprouts & asparagus are staples in our house. Cauliflower was on sale so I figured I would attempt it - and I am IN LOVE with this recipe. I can sit down and eat an entire head of this cauliflower (in one sitting by myself!!! Yummy!!!

It was not good at all. It was undercooked after cooking for 7 more minutes, then I had to get it out of the oven because the garlic started to brown too much...... Anyway, I would not make this again for sure.............

I love anything with lemon so this was great. Definitely make it again. Good alternative to your regular side steamed veggies. I used pecorino instead of parmesan and it came out great. Find that I using parmesan COOKED doesn't give me enough saltiness that I would like, whereas the pecorino does. Prefer the parmesan fresh, as a topping to pasta and such.

I did not have parmesan cheese so I added grated gruyere for the last couple minutes of roasting. Still was excellent

I did this dish on the grill. It was simple and delicious with the beef I was cooking.
