  Talk about easy, but delicious food! This one is a winner in both categories. Just oil it up, season and pop in the oven. Fifteen minutes later you are ready to sprinkle on the cheese and serve. We all loved this dish!

  I have never cooked with cauliflower before and this was SOOOOOOOO easy!!! My husband thinks I am a great cook....but truly feels like this was the best dish I have EVER made! Even my 4 year old asked for seconds...everyone LOVED it!!!

  This is the first Emeril recipe that I have made, most of his look like they would take too long. It was very easy and I added more garlic (total 4 cloves)like someone suggested. It was perfect. I was going to make Rachaels cheesy cauliflower, but I saw this and it looked so good and easy.

  This was just delicious! And the cheese was not necessary. The hot oven made for an uncomfortable kitchen, but the flavor of this dish was so worth a little sweat!

  Tried this recipe last week and we are having it again tonight! Sometimes we fall into a rut and tend to eat the same vegetables over and over. A routine consisting of asparagus, corn, broccoli and occasionally green beans. Not only was this was a welcome and refreshing change but it tasted wonderful. Whole family loved it!

  I was turned off to cauliflower for many yeaers, but this recipe has brought me back. My husband grew up disliking it, too, but after he tried this, he loved it. Wonderful recipe. Great with or without the garlic.

  A different way to fix cauliflower

  This came out dry even though I stirred it halfway through cooking. I addes a little butter after it was done and it came out great. I would make this again.

  We loved the idea of this but we were unable to achieve the final results with the oven temp so high. I stirred every five minutes and part of the cauliflower was burnt and part was under cooked.
