I just made the hollandaise which was extraordinarily easy to make and tasted superb! I did however add an extra tsp. of lemon, as I prefer the sauce a little tangier.

I actually only used the hollandaise sauce from this recipe, but I drizzled it over a medium-rare roast. Magnificent.
