I loved this dish. I have been to several restaurants and had this meal at a womping $20-30 per plate. It was easy and cost effective. It cost me just the price of the fish $20 to make. My entire family loved it!!!!

The person who rated this so so obviously can't cook. This is the easiest and best recipe I have ever made for fish. I would eat the sauce as soup!

I was looking for an easy recipe for the fish coating that could be used for a variety of fish & this is it! Did not make sauce. Crispy tasty fish - yum!

I've made this twice now, to rave reviews! Last night I added finely chopped green peppers and celery to sauce (sauteed them with shallots and added cajun seasoning to both the tails and the flour/cornmeal. Yummy, leftovers are just as delicious! Served over risotto.

This dish is very easy and impressive, especially with fresh crawfish tails and fresh red fish from the gulf. One thing I did was "kick it up a notch" by adding some cayenne pepper and some chopped jalapenos, which were added when the shallots and garlic were added.
