    This entire meal is absolutely delicious! My husband and I love it, so I've made it several times. Usually, I can't find the trout call for so I use tilapia as a substitute. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

    I cooked this for a few friends and they absolutely loved it. Lots of wonderful flavors and textures going on. I have also cooked exact recipe using catfish and works great too.

    I cooked this for friends and got rave reviews! Maybe watch the salt next time when using country ham but fantastic!!!!
