Very easy to make and delicious. Any recipe with garlic and butter is alright in my book. I usually make it using thighs and I used ground thyme like the other reviewers.

Delicious! Super easy and the boneless chicken breast came out perfect. I didn't have fresh thyme so instead used dried ground thyme and it was still very yummy. The taste of this recipe reminded me of shrimp scampi and is definetely a keeper!!!

I can't believe there's only 4 reviews about this Great and Simple recipe!
The only thing that I did differently was use dried seasoning instead of fresh. I usually avoid cooking chicken breast because the meat is so easy to dry out, but THANKYOU EMERIL so much for sharing your knowledge:
I still can't believe I cooked this chicken. The meat is juicy, tender and full of flavor and it's so simple to make.
Thanks again!!! I am no longer avoiding chicken breast. I am so stuffed that I'm going to have to rest a bit I just had to add on to the review about this overlooked recipe. DON'T HESITATE, JUST COOK IT, TRUST ME!!!!!

Simple, Fast, not much prep, and quite delicious. It needed a couple more minutes in the oven to not be rare, but otherwise, a great recipe.

This was easy enough for a quick family dinner, but I'm putting it in my "good enough for company" file. It was definitely a hit!

That was so easy and so delicious!! My oven took several minutes longer so the meat thermometer came in handy. This will be a regular in our house. Thank you Emeril!
