I cooked the Lime marinated pork tenderloin with Mango Salsa as well as the Almond rice pilaf. They were both wonderful. I will definitely use this receipe again.

Made this twice! It was so easy and all loved it. I made the rice on the stove instead of the oven since I had the tenderlion in the oven. My son even liked the almonds in the rice!

This was one of the first recipes I cooked from Food Network and it was a wonderful hit. It is so easy to prepare and cook and all you have to add is a bread and dessert and you have an entire meal. It can easily be doubled for a large crowd or party. If you like pork tenderloin, you will love this recipe!

This was a very simple dish to make and would have been delicous if I was a big pork fan. All the flavors blended very well and the mango salsa was very good. I had never had mango before. My husband loved this recipe so much that he had 3 helpings.

I made this for dinner tonight, and my husband and I loved it! I didn't make the sides, I made black beans and rice instead. The mango salsa was fabulous. I wasn't sure about it when I read the ingredients, but boy was it good. The next time I add a bit more jalepenos to give it a bit more heat. The pork came out flavorful and moist. good meal.

This is a wonderful meal...my kids request it often. The only thing I did differently was that I used pineapple in place of the mango (that's just a personal thing. Great presentation! Excellent salsa!!

I grilled the tenderloin on the BBQ. It was wonderful. The rice was great, I did it on the stove, it was 95' outside so I didn't want the oven on. The salsa was fantastic. It's even good on the rice. You must try this receipe.

This was wonderful. To make it easier and quicker to prepare, I used the Mango Salsa available at Costco, and used pork fried rice left over from Chinese restaurant takeout earlier in the week. (Both the rice and salsa had the same ingredients listed in the recipe and really complimented the pork tenderloin.

This was the best meal I have ever prepared. It was better than most meals I have had in any restaurant!
