This was a very tasty and EASY dish! I didn't have cabbage on hand, so I just made steamed rice. And I sauteed shallots and put over the chops and they were dynomite!

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the cabbage but it was very good and paired well with the seasoned pork chop. My husband's comment: "I think this is the best pork chop I've ever had". YUM!

This dish was awesome.. I did add apple cider vinegar to the cabbage and it gave it a great flavor.

This is the easiest and tastiest recipe ever. The pork is tender and the combination of it with the cabbage is DEEEElicious.

This recipe was so easy! I swear, you can use Essence on so many things and they always turn out amazing. I didn't do the cabbage part and just sauteed onions instead. The only thing I might try next time is to not add additional salt to the chops, as there is already some in the Essence. Nevertheless, This recipe will definitely be a staple in my cooking.

I used Hillshire Farm beef sausage instead of bacon with the Cabbage and it was delicious.

I am so glad I tried this, there was so much flavor in this meal. Everything just popped. Chops were very moist, followed instructions exactly. The cabbage, bacon and shallots were totally amazing. Very easy to make. Caution lots of splatter.
