I made this dish last nite for a bon voyage dinner party for a friend who's REALLY into Pork. I seasoned my porkchops and let it sit overnite for the seasonings to really penetrate the meat.

The Dressing was lovely, a bit dense but very rich and flavorful. Will definitely make again. Also for this dish I didn't have Texas-sized muffin tins so I used to standard sized ones, it came out just fine.

I made the pork chops and cabbage. Both I and my husband loved it. It was also quick and easy to make.
