Excellent! However, I am a lazy cook and used roasted red peppers from a jar and the juice from it and the flavor was wonderful..Much quicker and you could use this drizzle on any type of fish or poultry.

You'd go back time and time again...I have made this twice in the past few months- and making it again tonite..a little bit of extra time to make the red pepper paint and the basil oil...but OMG it is so good...and worth the time...and both of those items can be used on other veges and salads..A very decadant dish when done...I cant wait til tonite to have these yummy scallops again !!
