    A little corn starch would not be a bad idea for the sauce, but overall, a great treat for guests. You cannot go wrong with Salmon lovers with this recipe.
    It was a Mother's Day hit.

    Make sure you dry the spinach well and make the sauce thick or it will be watered down.

    A savory blend of color and taste. I would never have thought to combine pink grapefruit, dark red pinot noir, bright green spinach, and fresh salmon seared golden brown, together into a single dish. But thanks to the creative mind who did! This recipe works for me -- and if the list of ingedients appeals to you, I would recommend you try it too.
