    Found this recipe when researching for my Christmas "seafood extravaganza" dinner. Tested it first and got raves. Instead of the basil oil I found a recipe for basil butter ... used a bit of that when searing the scallops and one pat on top of the potatoes when plated. It was a hit!! I loved the Yukon Gold potatoes. It's easy, goes together fast and well received. Great recipe that I will use again.

    I added some shrimp to the scallops as well. Very tasty and extremely easy to make, especially after watching the show!

    This recipe was delicious. The only thing I would change for next time is to go easier on the basil infused olive oil. It was a bit overpowering and basil was all I tasted. Make those changes and it'll be good to go!

    These were so easy to make! It only took me like 20 minutes to bring it all together. My husband says this is his new favorite meal!
