    BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I TRIED THIS RECIPE ON DIFFERENT NIGHTS AND I'M DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THAT THE RECIPE IS MISSING MORE THAN ONE STEP. I WAS VERY EMBARRASED WHEN THE SPAETZLE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THE PAN. I FOLLOWED ALL DIRECTIONS AND SO DID MY HUSBAND AND WE GOT THE SAME RESULTS. THE PORK HAS WAY TOO MANT SEASONINGS AND IS BITTER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RECIPE UNTIL ALL MISTAKES ARE FIXED. OTHER THAN THAT EMERIL IS A GREAT COOK AND THE MAJORITY OF HIS RECIPES COME OUT FABULOUS!

    This one was terrific and my husband loved it too. the flavor was great and the Spaetzles we so easy to make and fun too. I would recomend this to any one.
